THE GRAND LODGE OF Terms of use
Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the website of the Grand Lodge of Ancient Free and Accepted Masons in Bulgaria (GLAFAM) (hereinafter referred to as GLAFAM). These terms represent a CONTRACT between you and GLAFAM that grants you the right to use the services of the website for personal and non-commercial purposes, subject to the conditions below. These terms are binding only in the relationships between you as a User of the services of the website www.glafam.bg. By accessing (loading) the web pages, you agree to be bound by these terms and any subsequent changes to them, and you are obliged to comply with them. If you do not agree with all the terms below, please do not use the GLAFAM website.
II. Basic Concepts
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions are used:
"USER" refers to any individual who uses any of the services of the website www.glafam.bg.
"SERVICE/S" on the website include:
- Access to the information resources/data provided through the web browser on the site;
- Sending a request for a specific service after filling out a contact form with name, email, phone number, and relevant message.
"PARTNER" refers to any person with whom GLAFAM has contractual relationships and on behalf of whom GLAFAM has the right to provide additional information about their goods/services to Users of the site, after obtaining their consent.
"MALICIOUS ATTACKS BY THIRD PARTIES" – actions or omissions by third parties that violate internet etiquette rules, including but not limited to DoS (Denial of Service), server intrusion, defacement, data theft, etc.
"DIRECT MARKETING" - offering goods and services to Users via traditional or electronic mail, by phone, or by other direct means.
III. Copyright
The content of this website and the technologies used in it are protected by the Copyright and Related Rights Act. All types of text, graphic, photo, and video materials published on the site are the property of GLAFAM, unless otherwise specified. All intellectual property rights over the informational resources and materials published on the site are protected under the applicable Copyright and Related Rights Act, and unauthorized use constitutes a violation of the law, leading to civil, administrative, and criminal liability in accordance with current Bulgarian legislation.
IV. Privacy
GLAFAM is a registered personal data administrator under the Personal Data Protection Act. In connection with the use of the services of the website, we process personal data under the conditions of our Privacy Policy, which you can review here. The policy is an integral part of these Terms.
GLAFAM may provide the collected statistical information about site traffic to advertisers/ad agencies, which maintain statistics on user clicks and other actions on their advertising banners and links, and compile internal statistics. Data for statistical purposes is provided anonymously. Your data is used for Direct Marketing purposes only if you have expressly given your consent for this.
V. Limitation of Liability
GLAFAM makes every effort to maintain accurate, true, and up-to-date information on its site, without excluding the possibility of incidental objective discrepancies or omissions. VI. Indemnities
GLAFAM reserves the right to seek compensation for any damages and claims from third parties resulting from the violation of these Terms of Use and/or unauthorized use of the services of the website www.glafam.bg. For all issues not addressed by these Terms of Use, the applicable Bulgarian legislation shall apply.
VII. Changes
GLAFAM reserves the right to make changes to these Terms at any time, promptly publishing these changes on the website, along with a notification of the changes in the Terms. The sending of information about changes to the Terms of Use of the site is not considered direct marketing. For all issues not addressed by these Terms, the applicable Bulgarian legislation shall apply.
