In connection with the debates on the topic of whether the contract between the Grand Lodge of Old Free and Accepted Masons in Bulgaria and the Supreme Council, 33° of the Old and Accepted Scottish Rite in Bulgaria is valid, I state that the contractual relationship must be respected and bearing in mind from the cited contract the following: "Article 8. The validity of this contract is unlimited in terms of the strength of the signed signatures and their irreversibility. Fundamental changes are not allowed. Additions are submitted only in the form of annexes.”then I DECIDED to confirm that this contract is valid and in force and has not been violated or changed by В∴Л∴С∴С∴П∴З∴ in Bulgaria.
