Turning to the ancient East, we find that the chakras are the basic energy centers in the human body. The translation from the ancient Sanskrit means circle, disk, wheel, vortex. The reason for this symbolic name is as follows: the energy in these centers is believed to move concentrically, resembling a circle filled with vital energy that is swirling. The fifth chakra Vishudha "I COMMUNICATE" is a light blue circle, in the interior of which ether is depicted. The circle is surrounded by sixteen petals. The fifth chakra is the center of creative expression and communication. Vishudha is responsible for effective communication, where one can freely and easily express one's ideas and intentions to others without feeling discomfort. A person is self-confident, responsible, organized, has exceptional personal qualities, has an extensive arsenal of original ideas that facilitate both his life and the lives of those around him. When the 5th chakra is BALANCED AND OPEN its color is a clear sky lit by the Sun. Such a person always tells the truth, is eloquent, keeps his word, keeps his promises, he is liberated and actively communicative. Such people teach others.
For there to be a blue sky, there must be light, and as you know darkness precedes light – “and darkness covered the deep; “And God said: Let there be light. And there was light.” "And there was evening and there was morning," Exodus /1 : 2 - 3 - 5/.
Let's tap a cup of "Spirituality" and drink with a question, what does the Bible want to tell us with this?
Children often ask a strange question - "Why is the sky blue?" "In order to answer them, we should know, but do we know? Really, why is the sky blue???
According to Dr. Enoch Carrier, seedlings exposed to blue light leaf out toward the sun—the light source—plant tips under blue light tilt toward each other. This already tells us that there should be love between us, no hatred, anger, envy and more and more towards our neighbors. "When you pass by the little boy in the fields, he speaks to you like this: "Have faith in the Great Reasonable Beginning, which lies at the base of all nature, have faith in the horns, in the Great Reasonableness. "When you pass by the blue pansy, it says to you: 'Don't be discouraged, don't be afraid of life's obstacles, be brave, awaken in yourself new powers to fight to overcome life's obstacles.'" The Sun affects our brain and internal glands, the Moon depending on gender affects our emotions. We often notice a blue tint around the moon, depending on the refraction of a certain angle, the sun's rays change the color of the sky, but in general, during the daytime hours, the sky is blue. Let us also open the Holy Book, in Exodus 28:31 it is clearly written
"You shall make the mantle of the ephod entirely of blue." God spoke to Moses to put a completely blue color on the Ephod /Old Testament upper garment (cloak) of the priest/. Also, in many apocrypha it is described that God's commandments are written on a blue stone / Sapphire or Lapis lazuli /.
How does the color blue affect us?
It creates a prerequisite for deep reflection on life and truth. The blue color symbolizes persistence, persistence, persistence, devotion, seriousness, strictness. People who prefer it strive for order and systematization, they always have their point of view, they are devoted to their work. In myths, the color blue is a divine manifestation and the color of mystery. Magicians and magicians are dressed in this color. Those dressed in blue in the Middle Ages knew the truth. In ancient Egypt, the inside of the pyramids were painted blue, the scarab is also blue, Buddha and Krishna are blue. The main color of Jesus' cloak is blue. Blue restores the nervous system, helps with distraction, heart palpitations, bowel disorders, balances emotions and lowers blood pressure. This color signifies peace, both physical and spiritual. Just for a moment, if we forget and, above all, control the bad emotions in us, then we will ....go.
"Six Thinking Hats" is perhaps the best-known and best-selling book in the world by Edward de Bono, a world-renowned expert on creative thinking and thinking in general. The book suggests six different ways of thinking that we can use when making decisions.
Each activity requires the compilation of different analyses, each of which is the result of certain reactions - from a proposal to a specific decision. In order not to get confused, it is best to collect Bono's six thinking hats, ie. the six thinking heads. Their function is to learn to conduct our thinking as a conductor conducts his orchestra. Different thinking allows you to "switch off" for a certain time from your usual habits and try to think in a different way about the given topic. Divergent thinking sometimes allows for craziness in ideas and speech, but it definitely helps to arrive at rational, productive and creative ideas. Divergent thinking is a type of innovation, whether it is negative or positive.
Essence of the methodology:
Each hat, i.e. thinking head, has a role to play in the discussion. This, in turn, makes it possible to draw up a "cartographic" map on which different ideas and concepts are noted. Taken together at the end, they provide a non-standard / creative solution to a given problem. Sometimes it can be radically different from the expected result. Other times, the six thinking hats are able to completely change the preconceived notion of a problem. Surprise in most cases leads to positive results. More importantly, however, it is good to know the functions and tasks of each of the hats, so that one can use them to their fullest potential. It is even more important to convince ourselves of the convenience they offer. "Putting on" the red, green, black, white, yellow or black hat defines a certain type of thinking. It enables the thinker to do things one at a time. To separate feelings from logic, creativity from information, emotions from desires. Taking on the role of a thinker, at some point the brain acquires the necessary conditioned reflex for a certain type of thinking. By mastering the different nuances of thinking, a person becomes more productive. If he is unable to do this by himself, it is best to assemble a team in which each participant plays a certain role, according to a hat chosen in advance by him. Sometimes in the process of discussion it is even desirable to switch hats. This makes it possible to think and say words that under other conditions are inadmissible to be said. For example, if you wear a clown suit, this gives you the opportunity to act like a clown, if you want to be a fool - be. These are part of the rules of the game.
Blue Hat (Meta Thinking): The big picture, the Conductor's Hat, the Meta Hat, thinking about thinking, encompasses the overall process.
The blue hat is the management hat. It requires organization of thinking itself. Blue hat thinking is thinking about thinking (meta thinking). The person who has put on the blue hat is the conductor in the team of thinkers, and in this sense imposes discipline. He is the one who determines who should think with what hat or simply change his thinking by "putting on" another type of hat. "Blue" thinking determines what to focus on, outlines the problems and formulates the questions, decides what tasks the thinking process should work on, is responsible for the summaries, overviews and conclusions that can be made at a certain point in the process of thinking or after its completion. Therefore, when one has put on the blue hat, one must be able to summarize and analyze the ideas and concepts of others. Having put on the blue hat, one must be able to react in a flash if the other hats have forgotten their role. He must build a step-by-step sequence of thought. At certain moments, any other participant in the discussion can assume the functions of the blue hat or make a "blue" remark. Blue thinking requires concentration on the problem. Problem formulation is important because if it is not done precisely, the solution may be inadequate or more complex than necessary. The thinker in the blue hat must point to the target. The others are assigned the role of shooting her.
This is where the game begins. It is like a dance that everyone learns after hearing the music for the first time, but doesn't know the steps. If the topic is such that it evokes strong feelings in the thinker, it makes sense to include the red hat first in the program. In this way, feelings will come to the fore and become "visible".
The blue hat is that way of thinking and behaving in which the situation is controlled according to the circumstances.
If discussions in a team, for example, reach an impasse, the person in the blue hat will be the one to direct people to a short brainstorming session (green hat), or to gathering more information (white hat), etc.
Conclusion:
One sees as much as one knows. Do we choose our own hats? Or are they given to us at birth and we just have to accept their color? Did I prove anything? Did I stimulate divergent thinking and creativity? Was I useful to myself? I think I found the cause of my sore throat and a possible solution to the problem
